If you’re looking for a vehicle that has a lot of room, and can seat up to seven passengers, the all new, 2009 Ford Flex is for you!  If you haven’t heard of the Flex, it is a great vehicle that has a lot to offer.  It is one of Ford’s newest creations, and has become a huge hit!

The Ford Flex is not only stylish, but it also comes with many great features.

  • Limo style comfort
  • Road noise buster
  • Refrigerated console
  • Vista roof
  • Fold flat seats
  • DVD entertainment system
  • Ambient lighting
  • Sony audio system
  • Responsive performance
  • SYNC voice technology
  • Voice activated navigation system
  • Tire pressure monitoring system
  • Reverse camera system
  • Full airbag coverage
  • AWD

Along with all these great features comes with something that is very important to have, safety.  The Flex has earned a 5-star frontal, and side impact crash rating in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) tests.  A 5-star is the highest possible score that can be earned by any vehicle.  With all the drivers on the road, and all the dangers, it is important that you find a vehicle that is safe, which is everything the Flex is.

Also, not only does it have great features, and excellent safety reviews, but it also is the most fuel efficient 7-passenger vehicle on the market as of now.  Just last year we’ve seen the highest gas prices we’ve ever seen, and just because they’re gone now, doesn’t mean they’re gone for good.  It is always good to play it safe, save money, and head to the gas pump as few times as you can.

As you can see, the Ford Flex has a lot to offer, and it is easy to see why it has become so popular.  It has a different style from most vehicles on the market, and really offers their owner a lot of great perks!

Car TransportIf you plan on moving in the next couple months, you may want to consider getting your car hauled across the country rather than drive it yourself.  Many people don’t think of this option because they think it is too expensive but what they don’t do is look into the pricing.  There are many benefits when it comes to hauling your car across the states.

If you consider hauling your car, you’re going to save on gas mileage and you won’t have to worry about filling  up, etc.  In fact, if you have a moving company move your stuff, they sometimes have a car transport company on the side that you can work with.  If you have someone pack your stuff up as well as transport your car, you won’t have to do any dirty work and you can simply fly to your new destination.

When looking for a cheap and reliable car hauling service, there are a few things that you should look into when considering the move.

Get quotes from at least 3 companies

Before you go with the first transport company, make sure you get at least 3 quotes.  My rule of thumb is with anything in life, I always get a few quotes just to make sure I’m getting the best deal.  Most of the major companies online like FedEx, etc, will be able to give you a quote directly on their website to give you a better idea on what kind of price you’re most likely going to pay.

Check with the better business bureau

The Better Business Bureau or otherwise known as the BBB will allow you access to a companies report card.  If there is ever a complaint filed against the company, you’ll find out about it here along with a grade.  Obviously, the higher the grade is, the better the company will be.  I always recommend that you check into this.  Head on over to BBB.org to research your car hauling company.

Look for reviews online

Many people don’t do this when researching a company but whenever I start buying with someone new, I will simply place their company name into a Google search to see what pops up.  You’ll be amazed on what comes up and it will give you a better idea on what the company is all about.  If they have a bad reputation, you’ll know right away based on the search results.

A car hauling company can save you money in the long run if you find the right one.  Try using some of these tips above and let’s hope you find a company that gets your car to your new home for a great price.

car racing games on pcIf you’re an avid car game player with your PC, there are a lot of games out there that you can choose from.  From racing games to simulation games, it all depends on what kind of style you like in order to find the game that fits your entertainment needs.  With so many games out there, I looked at over 100 racing games and reviews to come up with my own top 5 car racing games list for the computer.

GRID – This popular racing game is available on most major platforms.  Voted as one of the best racing games for any platform, GRID allows you to race with different styles including muscle cars, city racing, drift racing, and more.  With over 20 car grids, this game will entertain you for weeks to come.

Need For Speed: Undercover- The Need For Speed series has been huge for the past decade or so.  This particular series that came out recently tends to be one of the best based on votes alone.  Here, you’ll take on jobs and prove that you’re able to take down the crim syndicate.  From highway battles to an open world, this game is great for the graphics and gameplay.

Burnout Paradise:  The Ultimate Box - The Burnout series has been one of my favorites for years.   The reason I like this game so much is that it offers more than just racing.  You’ll be able to play from five different events.  From classic races to stunt runs, you can’t get bored quick with this particular series.

Monster Jam -This game steers away from the racing juncture and I’m sure you’re aware of how the Monster Jam works.  Experience extreme monster truck action with over 20 trucks.  Play multiplayer and destroy everything around you.

Dirt - This off-road racing game allows you to race in many different types of races from hill climb to rally RAID making it hard to get bored of one particular race.  With an amazing online play that allows you to compete with over 100 players, this game can keep you going for days.

Whether you’re a hardcore car junkie and you love to constantly add things to your car or you simply want to show the world who you love, a car decal may be for you.  From sporting logos to animals, you name it, it’s out there.  Car decals are extremely easy to apply and are also very reasonable.

Know what you want to get

With so many car decals out there, the first thing you want to do is find out what you want.  Do you want a sports logo?  animal?  a tribal design?  There’s a lot out there.  I would head over to my favorite place, Amazon and browse through the thousands of car decals they have.  Make sure you don’t get something too big because it may not fit on your car.

Start waxing your car spot

Before you get your decal, you can start to prepare your decal.  Since most decals will come with directions, you’ll find that it’s not that hard to apply decals to a vehicle.  The first thing that you’ll want to do is wax and wash the spot you want to apply the decal on.  Make sure you let this area dry before you do anything.  The goal is to get it as clean as possible.

Get tape to place the decal on your car

Never ever just apply the decal to the car and take the backing off.  Instead, grab some scotch tape and tape it to your car.  You’ll want to make sure it’s where you want it before you peel the backing off because this will just do more damage.  Have someone else look at it for you before you do anything just to play it safe.

Peel off the backing

When it finally looks straight, you’ll slowly want to peel off the backing and watch it stick to the car.  You won’t want to peel it off too fast because it may move and not be placed where you want it.  The slower your peel it back, the easier it is for you.  After you peel the backing, you’ll want to cut away any lining or edges you don’t need.

After everything is done with, you’ll want to slowly scrape away any bubbles and make it as flat as possible to make it look nice.  You’ll want to remove any access tape you have as well that was left over on your car.  You’ll see that once you get a decal, it’s extremely easy to apply and let’s hope it’s everything you want.
