I constantly vacuum my car carpet to make sure that dirt will not embed on the fabric. Once it is embedded, it makes it more difficult to remove. I totally agree with Keith. I have a Boulder carpet cleaning company and have found that good pre vaccuuming, a strong soap, and a good solvent will take car of allmost all dirty carpets.
