When we are getting ready for a vacation we often panic at the last minute and get worried we’re going to forget something.  There are so many items we have on our mind to bring from clothes to toothbrush to our cameras.  It is almost impossible to remember everything if we pack at the last minute.  To make your pre vacation packing run a little smoother there is checklist below that is needed before you go on vacation.  These items are used for your safety and car troubles.  People never usually bring these because we don’t think we will need them even though we might.  Check out these items and make sure you have them packed!

• Jumper cables (In case your vehicle fails to start or has a dead battery).
• Supplies needed to change a flat tire  (Just in case you run over something that gives you a flat tire.  You will then have the supplies to fix it).
• Tire guage  (To make sure your tires are always fully inflated).
• Flashlight (Just in case you have car trouble and it’s too dark to see).
• First aid kit (These are always good to have just in case of any accidents).
• Blanket (Just in case your car breaks down and it is cold outside, you want to make sure you stay warm).
• Extra cash  (Just in case you come across car trouble and someone is willing to help you, they may charge you money).
• A cell phone  (To be able to call someone if you are having car trouble and need help).
• Numbers for road side service  (You always want these numbers that way you have someone to call if you’re stuck on the side of the road).

These items may take up space but they are very important to have.  If you’re taking a long driven vacation you want to make sure you have all of these items.  We have car trouble when we least expect it so we want to make sure we’re prepared for when it does happen.  You never want to risk getting stuck in the middle of know where and not have any of these items.  The point of going on vacation is to relax and enjoy your time away.  To make sure that happens be prepared with these items!
