I love cars, and I’m sure you do too, but if you generally buy your auto parts in a shop near you, that’s okay, but did you know that you can get the same quality of service online as well?  I wanted to showcase an auto parts store that’s near, and dear to my hear, O’Reilly’s Auto Parts.

First off, I want to state that, no, we’re not being compensated for this, and this is an honest review, I swear!   I just had great service the other day, and thought that I would share my thoughts.

Customer service: I live in Michigan, and whenever I have a problem with my car, I know where to turn.  Now, I love cars, but I don’t know everything about them.  The cool thing about the store is that I can walk right in, and they can guide me through the process on what I need done.

For example, a few weeks ago, I had my engine light come on.  They did a free service engine light check, and I was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with it.  If I would have done this at a local auto repair shop, it would have cost me a fortune!

The prices: The prices can’t be beat.  Now, to be honest, I will check Amazon online once in a while, because they do have a great selection as well, but if I’m able to get it here, I can browse what I want online, and from there, I can pick it up in the store.  As with Amazon, I have to wait a few days to get my parts.

Pick it up in store: Yes, I already pointed this out, but I wanted to go more into depth.  The cool thing that I love about this is that I can head right to their website, order my part, and not have to wait for it to ship.  I can pick an in-store pick up option (if it’s available), head to the store, and pick it from there.   Of course, you can have it delivered as well.

With all the auto parts stores online, O’Reillys, and Amazon are by far the best.  I just wanted to point out how much I like them, and why you should shop there.  Let’s hope you get the same experience as well!
