  • GMC Canyon – On 2004-2008 models, there are known problems with the electrical wiring, the feel of being “underpowered”, weak exhaust valve springs, road noise, and other complaints
  • Chrysler Sebring – The used cars from 1999-2008 have reported problems with shaky reliability, poor cabin quality, disappointing performance, and problems with the air bags, air conditioning, and heating.
  • Ford Explorer – The 3rd generation from 2002-2005 is known for cracked window panels, faulty transmissions, and problems with the coolant and oil leaks.
  • Dodge Intrepid – There are known problems with the 2000 year model.  There are complaints with faulty airbags and seat belts, and problems with the electrical wiring in the cabin with the lights and headlights.
  • Pontiac Aztek – This is one of the most hated cars of all time.  It is known to be one the “ugliest”, worst on gas mileage, performance cars.

As you can see, there are some pretty awful cars out there on the market.  It is hard to see how they got on the market and were approved in the first place.  Although, if you’re looking to buy a new car in the near future, just make sure it’s not one of these top 5 lemon cars.  That way you can avoid buying an awful car and avoid any hassles!
